(AP) - An invasion of privacy lawsuit LeAnn Rimes filed is going away.

The suit was dismissed - and done so in a way that she can't refile the complaint. Rimes had sued two Northern California women back in August, 2012, claiming they had recorded a phone conversation with her and posted it online. Rimes claimed the recording damaged her reputation, her relationships - and caused emotional distress.

An attorney representing the two women - a mother and her daughter - say the two sides have resolved their differences, and won't say any more about the case.
