Who was that team playing the New York Yankees on Sunday?

Wow, did the Minnesota Twins step up in the series finale!

Pitcher Tyler Duffy pitched eight solid innings for the Twins in a 7-1 victory.  In the top of the 6th inning Brian Dozier, Trevor Plouffe and Max Kepler went back-to-back-to-back with home runs.

Duffy's almost perfect game was slashed by former teammate Aaron Hicks when he doubled to right filed in the sixth inning.

Minnesota is now 24-51.  The Twins begin a 3-game series with the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday.
