Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley is stepping out of his comfort zone this fall for his first solo tour. Following the release of his first solo single, "The Driver" (featuring Eric Paslay and Dierks Bentley) last week, the singer revealed tour dates on Monday (Oct. 12), without his Lady A bandmates.

“I've played some great shows at arenas and amphitheaters, but I'm definitely looking forward to getting into clubs with people grabbing on your legs and being able to see every face,” Kelley says in a press release, elaborating on what he told The Boot about his desire to play 'dirty clubs.' “I can't wait to get right up there in it with the fans and try out some of this new stuff we've been working on. I'm pretty excited about just scrapping the setlist and playing whatever we feel like playing.”

The tour begins Nov. 28 in Ohio and runs through January. Kelley promises to play some Lady Antebellum songs during his nightly sets, but the tour will also showcase his yet-to-be-released solo material.

"It's gonna be fun to watch the fans hear a song they haven't heard before, because the project won't come out until early next year," Kelley tells Rolling Stone Country. "So I go out there almost like we did with Lady Antebellum, with just one single on the radio, and have to prove myself. I miss that. You get so used to screaming and everybody knowing all the songs, and there's something really fun about getting out of your comfort zone."

Tickets for the Driver Tour go on sale Friday (October 16) at www.charleskelley.com.
