John Deere Explains Precision Farming

Attending the National NAFB Convention in Kansas City, MO, we talked with Chris Batdorf. He is the Product Marketing Manager for John Deere.

Our topic was precision farming. Chris says: 'Your farm yard may not be all green, but there is a way to leverage this.'

I asked Chris to take us beyond tractors and combines. He responded: 'Optimize that total fleet. You may want to know how those grain trucks are moving thru the fields.'

We hit Chris with the question of, if you have John Deere, how do we get the leverage we want? He explained: 'There's a new technology called A.P.I..'
