It’s Time For People To Get A Raise In Pay

Recently, I was thinking about how important a certain profession was. That profession was teachers.

Think about how critical of a job it is! They are taking care of our children. Educating them and preparing them for their life.

It takes a very special person with great skill to fill this job. But, are they compensated enough? Not even close!

That got me thinking of other professions where the money doesn't add up to the daily task. I think there needs to be some work put into many overlooked pay scales.

Every day I hear of a sports figure signing a $13 million, one year deal. OK, the guy can throw a ball good or hit it with a stick. Give him a good price.

But what about the people who really make a difference in our world? I want to list just a few that should also get to sign a good deal:

• Mothers
• Assisted Living Workers
• Law Enforcement Officers
• Firemen
• Military Members
• Babysitters
• Daycare Workers
• School Bus Drivers
• Correctional Officers
