Country music artist's don't record much Christmas music anymore, and hardly any release a full Christmas album. I guess there's just not enough money in it.

Some of the artist's that keep it real country release Christmas music. George Strait has some great Christmas music, as does Alan Jackson, Randy Travis and a few others.

But there was a day, a day when all the country star's released Christmas albums. And thankfully those voices (the greatest in country music history!) are still, and will always be, around.

With that being said, I've always felt that Eddy Arnold and Jim Reeves had two of the smoothest singing voices, not only in country music, but in any music. Country crooner's? Well, call them what you want, but one things for sure: They're music legends.

With that in mind then, let's spend a little 'Classic Country Christmas ' time shall we?

'One Christmas Eve Long Ago' isn't as famous as some Christmas songs, but I've always loved it.

And just one more please to help get us in the spirit. Bing Crosby will forever be first associated with 'White Christmas' of course, but Eddy didn't do half bad with it either! Have a Merry Christmas everyone!
