The Indoor Football League is going to have some more company for next season. The league announced that the Wichita Falls Nighthawks and Iowa Barnstormers are joining for the 2015 season.

Wichita Falls joins the league out of Wichita Falls, Texas. The team was formerly a amateur football squad, and now will make the move to indoor football. According to the IFL, the Nighthawks are in the process of finalizing their agreement to play in the Kay Yeager Coliseum.

The Barnstormers are moving from the Arena Football League down to the Indoor Football League for the 2015 season. The Des Moines based organization has five division titles in their history between the AFL and AF2. According to the Des Moines Register, the move was being questioned earlier this month due to the organization and the AFL having different philosophies regarding the direction of the league.

The IFL currently sits at 12 teams heading into the 2015 season. The Sioux Falls Storm has won the past four IFL United Bowl Championships.
