The South Dakota Department of Transportation says two exit ramps will be closed overnight on Monday June 13, and Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at the I-29 and I-229 interchange.

Travis Dressen with the DOT says the I-29 southbound to I-229 northbound ramp and the I-229 southbound to I-29 southbound ramp will from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM both days to set girders for the new southbound bridge on I-29.

The majority of the project is slated for completion November 4, 2016. The prime contractor for the $33.8 million project is T&R Contracting, Inc. from Sioux Falls.
