Here Comes Hullabaloo!

Classic Country 1000 KXRB and KXRB.com are, well, Classic Country. We love the great classic's by Hank and Hank, Lefty and Buck, Kitty and Loretta and George and all the rest.

But there's something good about those pop music hits and groups from the '60's as well. Call them classic or call them oldie, in addition to Porter and Ray and Johnny, did you like the Beach Boys and Sonny and Cher and Frankie Valli?

Yep, me too...and now those great pop artist's are back and hosted by none other than Herman!

(AP) - "Hullabaloo" is returning to TV.

Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits will host a retrospective on the 1965-66 show for PBS. Among the acts who appeared on "Hullabaloo" include Herman's Hermits, Sonny and Cher, The Four Seasons, The Byrds, Barry McGuire, The Lovin' Spoonful and The Mamas And The Papas.

"Hullabaloo: A '60s Pop Flashback" premieres nationwide on PBS stations beginning Saturday - check local listings.
