I'll admit it, I have a smoking problem. I smoke meats, cheeses, veggies, soups, and snacks on my Traeger pellet smoker. When I heard about smoking a pot pie, I had to try it.

I belong to this Traeger facebook page. It's actually more of a support group comprised of other chronic smokers. And man do you get some great ideas on that page.

A guy posted that he had smoked a Costco Pot Pie. Why wouldn't ya? So I went to Costco and picked up one of those signature Kirkland Chicken Pot Pies and tossed it on the smoker.

This monster pot pie is packed with a pound and a half of Costco's Rotisserie chicken white meat, peas, carrots, gravy wrapped in Costco bakery pie dough.

I fired up my Traeger Tailgater to +350 degrees and cooked the pie for about 50 minutes until it was golden brown and the sauce bubbling. Dang!

It turned out awesome! Filled four of us up with tasty leftovers!
