Hamilton Actor Leslie Odom Jr. Coming to Brookings

Fresh off his empowering performance of "America the Beautiful" at the Super Bowl, Hamilton actor, Leslie Odom Jr. will be performing in Brookings. The Tony Award winner will headline a concert on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the South Dakota State University Performing Arts Center.

Odom Jr. played "Aaron Burr" in the original cast of the Broadway musical Hamilton. Not only did he win a Tony award, he's a Grammy award-winner for his part in the the play's original Broadway cast recording. It won a Grammy for Best Musical Theater album. He recently released his first solo album and it soared to number one on the iTunes jazz charts.
