Groton Man Dies After Being Injured in Farm Accident

GROTON, S.D. (AP) — A Groton man has died from injuries he suffered in a farming accident in northwestern Spink County.

Sheriff Kevin Schurch tells the American News that 72-year-old Wayne Feller suffered a head injury while working on a combine Friday. Feller was flown to a Sioux Falls hospital, where he died Sunday.

Feller's funeral is Friday morning at Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel in Groton.
