When it comes to heart disease it's not just for men.

I have an older sister who has many heart issues.  One of my coworkers suffered a heart attack last year and she's only 49.  Does any of this scare you?  If not, it should!

February is Heart Awareness Month.  One in three women will die from heart disease and stroke.  But it can be prevented.

In celebration of Heart Month, the American Heart Association recognizes National Go Red For Women Day.

If you haven't take the steps to reduce stress in your life, improve your diet or maintain a regular exercise routine, it's not too late.  The American Heart Association offers a starter-checklist that you can implement for any lifestyle.
