Tuesday, July 12, 2016 is "Cow Appreciation Day" at Chick-fil-A. If you like free food and don't mind dressing like a farm animal, you could score a complimentary entree.

Chick-fil-A is celebrating its 12th annual "Cow Appreciation Day" as part of their "Eat Mor Chikin Campaign." To qualify for the free entree, you just need to show your spots. Wear some kind of cow attire, either a full cow costume or just plop of few construction paper cow spots on your shirt and you'll be able to enjoy some delicious chicken. Guests in cow attire may select any breakfast, lunch or dinner entree and kids dressed like a cow can select a Kid's Meal.

Chick-fil-A has two locations in South Dakota. One is one the campus of USD and the other on the campus of SDSU, but both locations are closed in the summer. So, you'll have to drive to Sioux City for your free Chick-fil-A.

The hours of the promotion are from open to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
