Already in 2016, Garth Brooks has performed in two Canadian cities: Hamilton, Ontario, and Ottawa, Ontario. On Wednesday (May 4), he announced another World Tour stop in Canada.

Brooks and wife Trisha Yearwood, who is his special guest at all shows, will perform in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on June 17 at 7PM; June 18 at 7PM and 10:30PM; and June 19 at 7:30PM; the shows will all take place at the city's MTS Centre. Winnipeg will be Brooks' fourth Canadian World Tour stop: He is scheduled to be in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the weekend before his Winnipeg show (June 9-12).

Tickets for Brooks' Winnipeg shows will go on sale on May 13 at 10AM CT, with a limit of eight tickets per purchase in effect. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.ca or by phone at 1-855-985-5500 or 1-855-985-5000. They will cost $62.81, plus a $1.50 facility fee, $9.42 in taxes and a $6.25 service charge, for a total of $79.98.

The 2016 leg of Brooks’ World Tour began in mid-January in Florida. Dates are currently scheduled through July, with more to be announced. In addition to Winnipeg and Saskatoon, upcoming stops include Fargo, N.D.; Grand Rapids, Mich; and Las Vegas, Nev. Ticket sales for Brooks' Saskatoon concerts broke the record for the province of Saskatchewan.

Brooks released his most recent studio album, Man Against Machine, in 2014. Previously, the country superstar had said that a second new record would follow in late 2015 or early 2016, but he recently revealed that he was delaying the project to “explore the writing again.”
