CRAZY HORSE MEMORIAL, S.D. (AP) — The former chief judge of the Oglala Sioux Tribe will discuss treaties and land issues during a speech at Crazy Horse Memorial on Thursday.

Patrick Lee served on the Oglala Sioux Tribal Court from 1989 to 2013. Lee, who is a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, will discuss treaties and land issues for Lakota tribes during his speech.

The discussion is part of Crazy Horse's free weekly presentations.

Admission to the Memorial for the 6 p.m. program is free with donations of three cans of food per person.
