Ford Mustangs Now Being Sold Overseas

The Ford Mustang is on its way to China. The first shipload of 100 Ford muscle cars left Portland, Oregon and is now headed to China. Shipments to Europe will begin later this year.

This is the first time in the Mustang's 50 year history that it's being sold overseas. Eventually, the company says the 2015 Mustang will be available in more than 100 markets.

This is not the first time Ford has shipped vehicles overseas - just the first time for the Mustang.

Last year, Ford shipped more than 380,000 U.S. made vehicles to other countries.
