The 25th Anniversary of Jazzfest has just wrapped up with record breaking attendance numbers.  Enjoy all the great memories in this photo gallery.

The three-day event estimates the overall attendance to be close to 130,000 people according to Robert Joyce, Executive Director of Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues:

On Friday night, during our performances for Kenny Wayne Shepherd and The Fray, our crowd swelled to around 65,000 people inside the park. reported by.  We believe Friday was one of our largest crowds ever and we are very pleased to report no major incidents.

The three-day festival began on Thursday, July 14, 2016 with headliner Tab Benoit, continued on Friday with Kenny Wayne Shepherd and The Fray, and ended Saturday, July 16, 2016 with Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers and Coco Montoya.

JazzFest is organized by the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Society, a non-profit arts organization.  Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band and The Fray were presented in part by a gift from Midco. Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers were presented in part by a gift from First PREMIER Bank / PREMIER Bankcard.

The JazzFest 25 Guitar Art Project is still up for auction! The funds raised from the online auction will go towards the Sioux Falls Jazz and Blues Education Fund.
