Famed Ryman Auditorium Getting a Multi-Million Dollar Expansion

If you have ever been to Nashville and visited the Ryman Auditorium, regarded as the "Mother Church of Country Music,"  you'll be interested in checking out this story.

According to the Tennessean and WKRN  Television in Music City, major changes are on the way for the Ryman!

The announcement will be made by Ryman Hospitality Properties CEO Colin Reed along with Tennessee's Governor and several surprise guests on Thursday.

WKRN reports that opinions of country stars like Vince Gill were sought as to how best to expand the facility.

"The goal," according to the Nashville television station, "is to ultimately make access for tourists to the entire building much easier."
