Last Wednesday (February 8) the manager at a video game store in Mitchell, South Daktoa was arrested for stealing money from the store and blaming it on a robbery.

The Mitchell Daily Republic reports that Aaron Cooper, a manager at the GameStop store in Mitchell, was charged with grand theft. He allegedly hid cash and bank deposits in the store's ceiling and called police to report a robbery.

Cooper reported that the store was robbed by a black male with a gun who took $2000 from the store and the contents of Copper's wallet.

The investigation later discredited Cooper using surveillance footage from neighboring businesses. The missing money along with other items was then found in the GameStop's ceiling.
