8pm at ICON Lounge in downtown Sioux Falls. Tickets are $45 per person and includes a glass of champagne, dessert bar and hors d’oeuvres. VIP tickets are also available. The event is presented by Chelsea’s Boutique and raises funds for Dress for Success, a non-profit organization that provides women with professional attire to secure employment.
