According to ESPN.com Senior Writer John Clayton, it's all but over for Jim Harbaugh in San Fransisco following the 2014 year and there are two organizations that would be the ideal fit for Harbaugh as their next head coach.

In a interview on Overtime with Jeff Thurn on ESPN 99.1 in Sioux Falls, SD on Wednesday, Clayton told Thurn that Atlanta would be the best fit while Miami could also be in play as a fit that would allow Harbaugh to succeed.

Atlanta becomes the front runner with the pieces of the puzzle fitting in best with Harbaugh's style and they have the best QB as far as current or potential openings are concerned.

You have to remember as well though, both the Falcons and the Dolphins are in the playoff mix and have head coaches right now in place.  If both make the playoffs, the odds of both jobs being open would be slim as well.    Thus, leaving Harbaugh to choose from other possible options with the Raiders or maybe the Jets.

In addition to the discussion on Harbaugh and his future, Clayton believes that San Fran will take a step back with the vacancy of Harbaugh as well.
