Here Be Dragons, a limited-time, hands-on exhibit that will explore real and mythical Dragons is ready for little and big kids to discover at the Great Plains Zoo.

The perfect indoor activity for kids is new and ready at the Great Plains Zoo and Delbridge Museum. Elizabeth Whaely from the zoo describes the traveling exhibit, Here be Dragons.

There are 20 real life lizards to watch and lots of interactive displays to keep little hands and minds busy.

Visitors will explore human-dragon cultural connections through hands-on activities like a catapult, a Dino dig box, puppet shows and more. From dramatic sets to bold colors, the exhibit also features 20 real-life lizards, including Bearded Dragons and Monitor Lizards. The Great Plains Zoo is only the second venue to host this brand-new live animal touring exhibit.

Tickets are two dollars for Zoo members or three dollars for non-members, plus Zoo admission. There are Dragon themed birthday parties are also available for booking while the traveling exhibit is at the zoo.

The Great Plains Zoo and Delbridge Museum of Natural History is open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
