When you get the kind of national attention that Mark Sanchez gets, you would think it's because his team is successful. Not the case.

Right now, the New York Jets are in second place in their division at 6-7. That second-place spot won't mean anything if they can't grab a wild card. Despite winning on Sunday against Jacksonville, quarterback Mark Sanchez hasn't been a big asset to the team.

Sanchez barely threw over 100 yards on Sunday and lost a fumble. That seems to be what he does most every week. So is it time for him to ride the pine in favor of one of the Jets back up quarterbacks?
