I grew up on a small farm near Leota, Minnesota in the Southwest part of the Gopher State. High School was in Edgerton, where I'm sure I'm legendary (can't really tell since they prefer I stay away from the building).
I began my illustrious radio career at KWYR in Winner, then on to KKAA in Aberdeen, KV91 in Volga/Brookings, a variety of stations in Rapid City and for the last more than a few years in Sioux Falls.
I reached the top of the radio food chain that is KXRB in 2007 and haven't been kicked off yet!
I have 2 kids (they hate it when I say young 'uns) and 5 Grandchildren

My hometown is Clear Lake, SD. Growing up centered around a great home with wonderful parents and two sisters that were grown up and gone right when I came along in 1961. Therefore I got to live the life of an only child in most ways. My father worked hard as a carpenter and my mom was home with me. I never had to be with a babysitter or a daycare and I cherish that fact. We weren't rich but everyday was filled with meals that I now dream of, lots of happiness and I had everything I needed
