Dean Martin was a staple in our house back in my growin' up years.

His weekly television show was always fun...and musical! By then, of course, he was already an entertainment legend. Known worldwide for his great comedy movies with then partner Jerry Lewis, Dean had also carved out an incredible music career. Who doesn't remember Dean sitting back in an easy chair, drink and cigarette in hand, and seemingly without effort  crooning the beautiful 'Everybody Loves Somebody'.

And his humor? Let's just say his irreverence made us all laugh. And then you add in the genius of...

..one Roger Miller!

I've always thought Roger is one of the Top Five songwriters in country music history and perhaps it's greatest personality. The Country Music Hall of Famer could have us all singing along to 'England Swings' or 'Dang Me' and then turn around and sing one of the most beautiful songs we'd ever heard. And of course, 'King Of The Road' became more than a hit, it became a signature song.

So let's take these two immense talents and bring them out to the shore and let them fish. Well, kind of.
