RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A fundraiser raffle for a Custer State Park elk hunting license has raised more than $30,000 for elk management in South Dakota.

The state Game, Fish & Parks Department says Don Latham, of Renner, won the 2013 permit in a raffle sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

The foundation says all of the money raised through the raffle goes for on-the-ground elk management in the state.
