Country Music artist's are usually among the first to help people in need.

Now, according to the Associated Press, Superstar Kenny Chesney is setting up a fund to help victim's of the bombing at the Boston Marathon.

(AP) - Kenny Chesney is lending a figurative hand to those who lost limbs in the Boston Marathon bombing.

The country music star has set up a fund that buy prosthetics and physical therapy for bombing victims who lost arms or legs to the dual blasts.

Chesney started the "Spread the Love" fund with his own money - and will also donate some of the proceeds from his single by the same name to the cause.

Three died and more than 260 were hurt in the attacks near the finish line of the annual race.
