The Port Authority showed off the view from the Observatory on the 100th floor of the new One World Trade Center. That's 1,250 feet over lower Manhattan. The site will open to the public in 2015. When the whole project is finished One World Trade Center will be the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere at 1776 feet. Check out the view.
