This is why it is never a good idea to cheap. A woman in North Carolina just caught her husband cheating on her. And she decided to get revenge by buying a giant BILLBOARD and calling him out. It says she caught him with a GPS tracker, that she bought the billboard with their joint investment account, and he should move in with his mistress.
