Lucas Irwin lost 130 lbs. in a year!  As if that wasn't cool enough he didn't tell his parents he was working on his fitness.  When he came home over Christmas he surprised his whole family with his transformation. 

He posted the reveal on YouTube and it started to blow up.  That is when things got real cool because the Today Show did a story about him.  Now he's inspiring the nation.
