SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Capital One is offering career development services to employees at its soon-to-be-closed Sioux Falls office.

The company is getting rid of about 750 jobs, and its last day in Sioux Falls is Dec. 11. The Argus Leader reports Capital One has opened a career development center in its office with a staff of 10 people, providing employees with one-on-one counseling and classes addressing resume writing, interviewing and networking.

Employees are also getting four hours of paid time off a week to look for new work. There will be a job fair at the office on Oct. 7 and 8.

About 50 employees have left for new jobs so far.
