In 1964 the great Buck Owens had a hit that would become a Country Music Classic.

'Together Again', heard above.  Did you know the song was actually the 'B' side to his hit 'My Heart Skips A Beat'?  Now, while 'My Heart Skips A Beat' is a classic in it's own right, 'Together Again' is more than a classic.  It's a Country Music Standard.

(Oh, and for you younger folks that are wondering what a 'B' side is....well, ask your Dad or Mom).

So how good is this standard, this 'Together Again'?

Well, Ray Charles had a Top 20 Pop hit with it in 1966.  Then, some 10 years later in 1976, Country Music Hall of Famer Emmylou Harris brought the song to the Top of the Country Chart again.

It became a Top 20 hit again in 1983 when Kenny Rogers and Dottie West had a duet hit with it.

And a great song never dies.  Vince Gill and Paul Franklin recorded an absolutely beautiful version of it for their 2013 album 'Bakersfield'.
