A young man by the name of Bradley Walker will be a major country music star...if he's given the chance.

In this age of rock music disguised as country, rap-country, bro-country and whatever kind of labels you want to put on it, here's a guy who has released what may well be the best real country music album of the year.

No, I'm not kidding.

The album is titled 'Call Me Old Fashioned' and all 14 tracks have what is (or should be) the essence of what country music is...feeling. Some make you smile, some make you cry, some move you to a place that is perhaps simply hard to define. And many take you back to a time and place you know and love.

And then there's the voice. I don't know all the technical terms for what makes a voice 'good', but suffice to say Bradley has a good...make that real good...country voice and delivery.

But who is Bradley Walker?

I had the good fortune to chat with Bradley on the radio and highlight his 'Call Me Old Fashioned' single. I found out he's a native of Alabama (And yes, he gave us a 'Roll Tide') and you may have noticed Bradley's in a wheelchair. Well, he's afflicted with Muscular Dystrophy. You can get Bradley's full story at his website.

Oh, and let me have you hear what I think may be the best song on the album, a song called 'The Toolbox'. Just close your eyes and let the picture fill your mind and the song fill your heart.
