UPDATE October 28: Lincoln County Sheriff Dennis Johnson says the body found in a Lincoln County, South Dakota ditch Sunday morning was likely the victim of a Sioux City, Iowa murder before being dumped along a gravel road in South Dakota. The 20-year old Hispanic man is being investigated as a murder by Sioux City Police.

The Sioux City Journal is reporting that Police there are looking for 20-year old Martin Castellanos. Castellanos is suspected of killing the man early Sunday. He might be driving a silver Audi A4 with an Iowa license plate 892 YSD.

The still unidentified man was shot. Authorities say that it appears an attempt was made to set the body on fire as well.

The unidentified man was found by a passerby between Highway 115 and Highway 11 on 281st Street, Sunday morning (October 27).

An autopsy is planned for Monday. No other information is available at this time.
