Pierre, S.D. (AP)  South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says people should beware of scam phone calls from anyone who claims to be a state or county official seeking payment for debts.  Jackley says the caller asks for personal information on bank accounts, credit cards and social security numbers.  Jackley says the caller asks for personal information on bank accounts, credit cards and social security numbers.  He says the call then threatens to have people arrested if they do no provide that personal information.
