SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A woman whose boyfriend was killed during a botched robbery in Sioux Falls in December 2013 is expected to plead guilty to two felony drug charges in a deal with prosecutors.

Faith Rasmussen initially faced first-degree burglary and robbery charges stemming from the break-in that ended in the shooting death of drug dealer Jordan LeBeau. The Argus Leader reports that those charges were dropped by prosecutors in August after witnesses made statements that negated their credibility.

Defense attorney Shawn Tornow says the remaining charges against Rasmussen, six counts of solicitation to commit a felony, will be dropped in exchange for her guilty plea.

Rasmussen previously was sentenced in federal court to over six years in prison for her role in a drug ring.
