Arts, Crafts, Music, and a Parade. It’s Riverboat Days in Yankton!
When I was growing up in Wagner, one of my favorite parts of summer was going to Yankton's Riverboat Days. Yankton was less than an hour away from Wagner. Riverside Park is packed with arts and crafts booths, food vendors, live music and lots of great entertainment.
This year, Riverboat Day is Friday through Sunday, August 19, 20, 21, 2016. Events are planned all over Yankton including Riverside Park and the Yankton Mall. Some of the big events include Judd Hoos headlining the main stage Friday night, a 5K run/walk on Saturday morning, Riverboat Days parade at 9:30 AM on Saturday, music from Brule on Saturday and Sunday and plenty more events to keep you entertained.
