Red Robin Opening Soon in Sioux Falls.

I am so excited for Red Robin to open in the Empire Mall. I love the bottomless steak fries. Their burgers are delicious too, but I find myself ordering the french dip more than the burgers when I visit the Sioux City location. Let's face it, there is NOTHING bad at Red Robin.

The new Red Robin restaurant will occupy the former Shenanigan's location in the Empire Mall. Not only will you be able to access the eatery from inside the mall, but also from the Mall parking lot. Construction is moving right along. I peeked in some cracks and it's starting to shape up, but there's still a lot of work to do.

According to the Empire Mall's website, the restaurant is expected to open "as of May 1, 2016." (UPDATE 3/25/16 - The restaurant has announced it will open April 18, 2016)
