Animal Bite Investigation

The Sioux Falls Police Department needs your help in locating a dog regarding a dog bite.

The bite took place during the weekend in the parking lot of Wal-Mart located at 5521 East Arrowhead Parkway.  A man was walking through the lot towards the store when he saw what he described as a black and brown Doberman with floppy ears, and a long tail.  He says the dog was wearing a collar.  The man called the dog over to him. When the dog came over to the man he reached out and the dog bit him on the hand, breaking the skin.  The dog then ran off to the southeast.
