ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) — An Aberdeen man who tapped into the bank accounts of others has been sentenced to serve a year in prison.

Twenty-eight-year-old Jordan Pagel pleaded guilty to felony grand theft, identity theft and forgery charges.

The American News reports that Pagel also will have to serve a year behind bars for a probation violation. He also was fined $312.
