Country music history is filled with great duo's. George and Tammy, Conway and Loretta, Kenny and Dolly. There's plenty more, but that will certainly do for a start.

Johnny Cash recorded great country songs (now classics) with his wife June. 'Jackson' will never grow old and their version of 'If I Were A Carpenter' will always be a personal favorite.

And of course, the duo that's credited in large part with spurring the 'Outlaw Movement', Waylon and Willie. While 'He Stopped Loving Her Today' is considered by many to be the greatest country song ever, 'Good Hearted Woman' by the boys has to be in the conversation, too. And of course we've all sung along to 'Ol Waylon and the Red Headed Stranger's 'Mama's Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys'.

But there's something of a 'forgotten' duo in all those legendary names. If you parse out the Man In Black and Mr. Jennings, and team them up, well you have a great duet hit.

It was in 1978 that these two country music giant's released 'There Ain't No Good Chain Gang'.

Outlaw's? Well if the definition of that term in country music circles is doing your way, then yep, these boys be outlaws. And thank goodness for that!

They'd go on, of course, to become half of the country music supergroup 'The Highwaymen' with the aforementioned Willie and fellow Hall of Famer Kris Kristofferson.
