A Century of Service

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue and the city of Sioux Falls will be celebrating Central Fire Station's 100 years of  service as an active fire station.  Central Fire Station, also called Fire Station 1, has been witness to over a century of history and a played a key part in keeping the city of Sioux Falls safe during those years.  During the week of September 7 through September 15, 2012,  Sioux Falls Fire Rescue and its members will be hosting special events and will have a historical display of pictures and other items available for viewing on the main floor of the historic building.
