Cheapism recently published a list of the nations 60 most iconic restaurants you need to visit before you die, and there was one listed in South Dakota. The place in South Dakota that you must try at least once in your life is located in Hill City, a place called, The Alpine Inn.

This quaint Gold Rush-era inn is mostly a lunch joint featuring German specialties that reviewers call spot on, as well as exceptionally cheap. Bring cash and prepare for a wait.
