SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Four suspects have been indicted on murder charges and a fifth has turned himself in to police in a Sioux Falls home invasion and homicide.

The fifth man is accused of burglary and robbery in the Dec. 2 shooting death of 20-year-old Jordan LeBeau and the wounding of his 48-year-old father in what authorities say was a botched robbery attempt. Twenty-one-year-old Austin Hogan, of Hartford, was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

The four indicted on murder charges could face life prison sentences if convicted: 18-year-old Brian Anderson and 17-year-old Trevor Kruthoff of Watertown, and 20-year-olds Douglas Scholten and Kevin Rice of Dell Rapids.

Anderson pleaded not guilty Monday. The other three are to enter pleas later this week.
